Middle-Watch Musings of the Meandering Mind
The middle watch is between the hours of 0000-0400. It is during these hours when laying awake in my bed that I compose my poetry. It is another form of therapy
Small Beer
Eat, drink and be merry for tomorrow you may die
Gay Marriage
We got married, it was our choice
Prostate
It’s of secret men’s business that we do not speak
Never been this old before
When it dawned upon me I’ve never been this old before
Thoughts in me ead
Last night as I lay awake in me bed
Sleep
Sleep dear sleep why hath thou abandoned me
Therapy
Early in the morning just on three
War
Like my father before me I went off to war
